Holiday Inn San Antonio N - Stone Oak Area by IHG

First and foremost, I would like to give a huge thank you and a compliment to Marcos who works at the front desk at this Holiday Inn for helping us with the issues we had with the room we initially got. We booked this hotel through a third party, to visit our nephew and his wife. Somehow, the third party company booked a room for wheelchair access person. The room was spacious, however the bathroom had no counter space, the shower was made so that one can wheel right in with the wheelchair, which is great if we were on a wheelchair, but we are not. Unfortunately, the water from the shower came right into the rest of the bathroom area and if I didn’t put a towel to stop the water… it went straight out into the entry area… which made the entry area wet and dirty since we were walking in

I stay at Holiday Inns 4 days a week, every week. I can't say enough good things about this one. The shining light began with Aria, the front desk clerk. She made me feel right at home at hello! Friendly, personable and just seems like a great person. This place even has a great manager. They care that you enjoy your stay from the time you walk in until the time you check out. The beds in the rooms are so comfortable, clean and up to date with a big television. I will definitely come back to this one everytime I come to San Antonio. 5 Star ALL THE WAY

Very friendly, wonderful hotel staff. Customer service was excellent!||From the time we walked in, we felt the warmth and welcoming hospitality of the front desk attendant and the ambience of the lobby.||A bit noisy, but was expected with improvements in progress, promising a more enjoyable stay in the coming months. Friendly helpful staff who go above and beyond with great smiles and happy attitudes! Very nice well kept indoor pool and hot tub- plentiful towels and even a shower area for after pool and workout! Very nice! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean! The tv was good but figuring out the channels or what was scheduled was not easy. Otherwise - great stay with a great staff experience. Highly recommend!

Everything was good, but I paid some extra money for get breakfast all my days in there and the night that I get there and did my check-in I ask about if a have my breakfast included and the lady tells me yes I have my breakfast included, so the next day in the morning I went there and give another lady in the morning my room number and tells her that if there was breakfast still and she tells me yes and then she was charging me extra money for the breakfast and I tell her that a paid extra money to have breakfast included in my days that I was gone be there and she tells me that I don’t have breakfast included and I tell her that last night I ask about the lady and she checks and tells me that I do have breakfast included the point is that I paid extra money for breakfast included and not
