Holiday Inn Nashville Downtown - Stadium by IHG

The place seems nice on the first floor. Breakfast was great. Elora ( hostess for breakfast) has great customer service and is very welcoming which I enjoyed. Reve, the shuttle driver, very nice and helped us on and off the shuttle. The rooms were ok but didn't look thoroughly clean. We were there 4 days and didn't get any housekeeping services no matter how many times we asked. We contacted the front desk as well, still no service. We had to go get our own clean towels. The housekeeper seemed bothered because we asked for the trash to be taken out. We spotted her in a corner on her phone. The bar area was nice. There 3 different bartenders there during the duration of our stay. All 3 of them were superb with drinks and engaging with the customers. Jordan, Justin, and I think her name was

I spent 3 nights here with my best friend and we didn't have very high expectations based on what we paid. Wow, what a great surprise! Justin was our bartender and we can't say enough great things about him! He was attentive, fun, and gave us so much good advice on places to go and things to do. Jordan was the live music at the lobby bar and he was so talented! We will definitely stay here next time we're in town.

Hotel is yards away from a very busy highway. I asked the reception the next day if we can change rooms and she said we had booked the standard rooms which is our fault as they all face the highway. She had no interest in helping us. Secondly long line to check at 4pm as rooms not ready. In the 3 days we stayed we only managed to get houskeeping. We ran out of tissue, coffee, cups etc. The shower was broken. At breakfast the 1st day there was water leakinng into the dining area. Breakfast was sub stanfard for what we paid (just had 3 incredible breakfasts in DC at HI right by the mall). Hotel has new owners and it shows.

The room was pretty good, it was clean. However within a few hours of being there I had to call the front desk for maintenance to fix our sink drain which was broken. The water pressure in the sink and shower was not good at all. However, they were quick to fix the issue with the sink. The phone in our room was not working and we could not get the tv to work. The two queen beds in our room were very hard. Also having to pay almost $60 just in parking for the two nights we were there was unacceptable. The staff was friendly and helpful but all the other issues overshadow that. I will definitely not be staying at this hotel again.

This Holiday Inn never disappoints. We stay here every time we come to Nashville, and it’s consistently a great experience. The free parking is a huge perk, and the layout of the lot makes it easy to get in and out. I didn’t catch the name of the shuttle driver, but he was fantastic—friendly, prompt, and helpful. Housekeeping deserves credit as well; our room has always been spotless on every visit. A big shout-out to Shinia at the front desk—she is truly the sweetest. Always smiling, always helpful, and she makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Breakfast was great, though I wouldn’t complain if gravy showed up next to those biscuits!
