Shuttle service- I whole heartedly believe whoever the younger hispanic guy driving the shuttle today 3/6/26 at 11 am is racist. He announced when we were at Terminal C and everyone got off, but he just didn’t say anything at all when we got to Terminal A, and racist because it was me and another black woman only getting off at terminal A. Why would we get on the shuttle just for you to bring us all the way back to the hotel? We very clearly had to get off at a terminal so if he isn’t racist it gives he’s just not mentally capable of driving patrons around. I wasn’t going to complain but then i just barely made me flight with literally, exactly 10 minutes before the doors closed.

Our flight was cancelled. We tried 6 others hotels. All were sold out. This hotel was our last hope before we would be sleeping in the airport. I will add, the other desk agent, he didn’t offer any assistance, a quick “NO”, immediately right back to looking on his phone. So it was a blessing when the other agent came to us and asked if we needed help. She was so warm and made us feel genuinely cared for. She wanted to help not just say “NO”. Thankful we were able to get a room. Thank you Paige, we will always remember your kindness and compassion. Thank you, Theresa for helping us locate our new flight information and printing our new boarding passes. The hotel was nice and clean, also room overrated beautiful and organized and clean air but mostly a very professional and welcoming customer service experience with “SHURESA COOPER”. After a long day of traveling, filled with delays and frustration, I finally made it to this hotel. Despite it being 1:30 in the morning, I was enthusiastically greeted by Sharesa, who made my check-in experience the one part of my day that was smooth and easy. Very kind, very helpful. Wish more people like her worked in hospitality.

Well maintained facility with lots of lighting in the parking lot. Conviently located close to IAH airport with shuttle service every 30 minutes. The hotel has a restaurant, good food and reasonably priced. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft.
