Holiday Inn Hou Energy Corridor Eldridge, an IHG Hotel

I always choose the Holiday Inn Energy Corridor when I visit Houston. The accommodations are consistently clean, modern, and comfortable, but it is truly the exceptional service that encourages my return. Julia and Rebecca consistently make breakfast a delightful experience. Rebecca's culinary skills are evident in her thick-cut crispy bacon, freshly prepared fruit, and baked pastries, which are absolutely delicious. Julia's warm and amicable service further enhances the entire experience. The check-in process at this hotel is particularly excellent, thanks to Cossette's attentiveness and friendly demeanor. As I travel frequently, I sometimes find myself forgetting the specific procedures for each hotel, but upon my arrival here, she is always prepared, and before I know it, I am settled

This place has a high-end feel given the recent renovation. The etiquette of the staff and managers here is on par with the five star hotel. Definitely can’t beat the location. If you need to be close to the energy corridor. I’ve chosen to stay here exclusively on a regular basis.

My husband and I traveled to Houston, Texas for appointments at MD Anderson West and we chose this hotel from the Joe’s house website. We were able to have a shuttle through the hotel that took us to our appointments each day. Our driver was wonderful-Mario!! We also didn’t want to travel far at night for dinner and the hotel has a restaurant inside with a lounge called “The Grill” The food was fabulous!! We would recommend this hotel and the food to anyone and everyone you are missing out if you don’t try the flatbreads, wings and burgers. The chef And all of the staff were absolutely wonderful!! Positive: Location was the only thing going for this hotel. Negative: Hotel lobby had very little air conditioning. The room had no hot water, took a cold shower from the neck down, was not about to wash my hair with cold water. Also, a complimentary breakfast wasn't included, the fee was $11.99 ea person.

I stayed at this hotel the past weekend from 11/21-11/24 I mistakenly booked a Holiday Inn 44 minutes away however I’m glad I made the decision to stay here. It’s quiet, clean, and staff has great customer service! Another plus there’s also a bar where you can get food and drinks so you can enjoy the luxury of a getaway without having to go too far! This will be my forever favorite hotel and most definitely where I will book whenever I visit (Houston). Thank you Holidays Inn and staff!
