Holiday Inn Express Vancouver North - Salmon Creek by IHG

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, and the general manager was especially wonderful and attentive. Breakfast was good, and the woman working in the breakfast area was incredibly kind and welcoming. Housekeeping was extremely quick anytime I needed more towels. Every time I came back to my room at the end of the day, it looked freshly deep-cleaned. I would absolutely stay here again.

We needed a room for a couple nights while we had our floors done, and this place was a great choice for us. My son loved the 24 hour pool. Room has a Keurig which is cool. Bathroom is nice and well lit with a full size, modern, walk in shower. We recently had a short stay at the nearby Red Lion when we had more floor work done, and that place is a dump compared to this Holiday Inn Express. Staff is super friendly. I only wish they had bacon at breakfast :)

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Vancouver. The location is secluded and quiet. When walking in, the front desk receptionist greeted me and was very kind. The check in process was super quick and while looking around the lobby and dining area, it was very clean. The hotel and my room were completely spotless. Not a piece of dust in sight. The housekeepers were so kind and maintained my room throughout my entire 2 week stay. The breakfast shocked me as I didn’t think they would provide so many different options. The food tasted amazing and I just couldn’t get enough of the omelettes. Checking out was a complete breeze. I was upset leaving because I felt I was treated like a queen while here. From the moment I approached the Holiday Inn Express until I left, my experience was absolutely wonderful! The hotel staff was incredible! Lupe was an absolute doll! She was very accommodating to us and our needs! I would like to give Zhella an overall thank you for the amazing experience! Zhella and Lupe made my stay so easy and transitional! It felt as if I was at home! The cleanliness of the entire hotel was stunning! This is the first time I’ve walked into a Holiday Inn Express and it was just spotless! The breakfast was pretty tasty! All I have to say is, keep up with the amazing work! I’ll definitely be back!
