Holiday Inn Express & Suites Washington DC - Noma by IHG

Positive: Customer service, fresh hot breakfast, friendliness of staff. Negative: The price was a bit high, and I didn't like paying the incidental fees, although they were returned. It was a surprise ot have to pay additional monies upon arrival , after paying for the hotel online. I was not aware of this fee, until I got to there.

Place was clean and nice. Hard to get in and out of but nice overall. Bathrooms kinda small but space and bed comfortable and nice size.

We had to stay here after our flights got canceled due to the snow storm. The room was clean and modern. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I recommend this hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel while visiting my mother at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, and the experience truly made a difficult time much easier. The service was excellent from start to finish. Donald at the front desk was the best part of my stay—professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The rooms were very clean, the free breakfast was a huge plus, and the hotel is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the hospital, which made traveling back and forth stress-free. I’m very grateful for the care and hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.
