Good location and an easy 15 minutes to downtown Savannah. Staff was friendly enough. That's the good stuff. Room itself was okay but the bathrooms need serious upgrades. No water pressure in the sink. Horrible lighting. Old style tub that was hard to get in and out. No power exhaust vent. Steam bath for sure. Cracked toilet lid and sits way too low. Floor wobbles when walking on it. Never enough towels which forced me to have room service every day or keep asking for them. The temperature in the room was hard to regulate at times. Always felt too cold or too warm. Breakfast was subpar compared to other Express hotels I've stayed. Seeing from 6:30 felt too late to start. Ending at 9:30 seemed okay BUT before 9:00, a lot of the food was gone and no replacing. Only things left were

The staff is great. Especially the team that was cooking the continental breakfast. Food was always hot and stocked. The crews that qorked the front desk were always friendly and ready to assist. I was there for an extended stay and the staff always checked in to ensure my stay was comfortable and quality. Thank you.

Positive: The facility was clean and well maintained. The complimentary beverage station was well stocked at all times. Getting extra towels and or trash bags was easy, and the staff was polite, professional and accommodating. The overall experience was wonderful. Negative: ""

During our stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Savannah – Midtown, we experienced a serious security incident that has left us deeply disappointed. On December 14, shortly after checking out, we realized that a wallet had been left on the bed in our room. We returned to the hotel immediately. By that time, the room had already been accessed for housekeeping. The wallet was recovered; however, $5,000 USD in cash that had been inside was missing. We reported the issue to the front desk and hotel management immediately. Unfortunately, the response was extremely concerning. The hotel did not conduct a meaningful investigation, did not provide documentation or security information, and the front desk was unresponsive and unhelpful. Housekeeping staff stated that they had not seen the wallet

NO. Absolutely 100% NO. From arriving to this location we found the following issues with this Holiday Inn located in Savannah, GA: 1. The many horrible smells. Once you enter the lobby the bad smells hit you. As you check in you notice the smells get worse and as walk to the elevator the bad smells get worse and worse. Then when get off the elevator they are a little different but are still bad. 2. They have extremely slow WiFi on the 4th floor. We are not sure about the other floors. 3. The beds are in very poor condition. They need to be changed ASAP. 4. The ice/vending machines are missing. 5. Cleanliness is horrible. Dead bugs on the common areas for an excess of 48 hours.
