Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sanford by IHG

The rooms were nice, clean and cozy. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly and polite folks. They made the stay here a great time. I know where I'll stay from now on when I roll through Sanford NC! Big shout out to Roxanna at the front desk. Good job!

Positive: There was an open area by the elevator that overlooked the lobby. It had a sectional couch and was a great place to relax. Negative: The rooms were small. Especially with the couch made up into a bed, there was barely any room to move around.

We really enjoyed staying here. Nice clean room. I love that they provide dove products in large bottles installed in the shower. I think it’s important to have good quality stuff like that. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and informative. I would like to give a shoutout to the house keepers for doing an amazing job and being attentive to the details of the room. Complimentary breakfast was included and pretty good! Thank you for a great experience.

We stayed for two nights and I enjoyed my stay very much. Everyone was friendly and seemed to put in the effort to do their jobs well and keep the guests happy. Especially Allie at the front desk. She was very friendly and courteous. One of the people in our party was former military and she immediately thanked him for his service when she saw his ID. She also and made sure to double check that he was getting the best rate because of that. We were visiting for a funeral and she offered very sincere condolences to us. The lobby is inviting, I liked the fish tank and the complimentary fresh brewed southern sweet tea was a nice and refreshing touch! My stay was great! I really looked forward to getting back to my room after a day of visiting with my family in Cameron, NC. 1 suggestion is to add vinegar to the wash of towels and sheets. While being a natural disinfectant is works great to soften towels and other linens!! It leaves no odor and in fact removes bad odors. I wish much continued success to this hotel! 💛
