Comfort Suites Sanford

Comfort Suites provided a very pleasant stay for me with its friendly staff and seamless check-in process. I especially appreciated the receptionist fulfilling my request for a top-floor room. The hotel's quiet atmosphere and spotless rooms added to the comfort. There was a large fly that fell from the window when I lowered the blinds, but that wasn’t a big deal. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were a great bonus. My only issue was the lukewarm shower water temperature, which didn’t get hot during my entire stay. Despite this, I would definitely rebook for future visits in a heartbeat.

Hotel front desk and the housekeepers were nice. Very disappointed the pool was down, that’s the main reason we booked here other than it was a little cheaper than the other hotel we were looking at. My kids were devastated as we drove 12 hours to get to the hotel to find out it wasn’t opened. They were looking forward to it the entire trip. There were holes (looks like it was from cigarettes) in our comforters and other things broken around our room and hotel. The location was nice, was right by shopping places and food spots.

I have to say at first I was scared to stay due to the reviews. Neatless to say I'm glad I did stay. ALL Staff from morning noon amd night was very friendly. Our room was 114. Very quiet no noise & great part is on Sunday at 11am you are right next door to a church service in the hotel. They weren't loud FYI but it definitely was a plus since we were Pastors ourselves, we went & joined them. Food was really good nice selection. If I'd had to take away anything I would say the toilet pump needs to be changed but as long as I pulled the handle up it worked fine. And it did have a Lil bit of mold on soup hold attached to shower wall. But outside of that it was an excellent stay & definitely would stay again. The hotel's interior needs some renovation. The room (309) was clean, but there were ants or some other small insects crawling on the desk. Breakfast was okay, though nothing special. Overall, a good place for one night.

A special shout out to Deanne. She went above and beyond in helping me with my emergency. I could not have functioned without her kindness and readiness. Also your receptionists were kind and professional. The room was clean. The food was great Housekeeping was awesome. I will always stay here while I'm in Sanford NC. Susan was very helpful too.
