Baymont by Wyndham Sanford

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would gladly return. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Check-in was smooth, and every team member I interacted with made a genuine effort to ensure I was comfortable.The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches—quality toiletries, plenty of charging outlets, and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh each day.

😢: Check out early, promised a refund, none has been received, then contradictory information, saying I didnt check out. Yet, I was stying in Raleigh 70 miles away. Avoid Wyndham hotels at all costs..

The $121 deposit was excessive and unannounced. We paid for our room a month in advance, yet we were checked into a room that was already occupied. (Thank God the key didn't work) When we were able to get into a room, it had two full size beds instead of the two queens we booked. Highly doubtful that we will stay there again.

I’m being nice with this rating but with the endless amounts of confusion on my WEDDING DAY!!…can not and will not be ignored. The best thing this location had going for it was how close it was to the venue. My wife booked a room for her family member on a Friday night via booking and was charged 195 which I think is wild for a single night, while my grandmother in law, young children, and even my father in law who is in a mechanical wheel chair staying with her I must add arrived at the Baymont location and requested a room and was put into the same room and was charged as well! Again a wedding is happening the next day and my grandmother in law is elderly so there’s a lot of movement on my family’s end.
