Dont stay here if you smoke or someone around or with you smokes(or possibly just smells musty). And especially if you're local(I believe their policy was within 100 miles is local but, honestly, I could be confusing the with another hotel's policy) because they're going to charge you a $250;°deposit ans they have scam down to make sure they keep it. I was first told they smelled smoke. They then took me and my friend back to "show" us that it smelled like smoke. Since he was ignoring me,a woman and the person who rented and paid for the room, he asked my friend if he smelled it. He said no and asked the front desk guy if he did. The guy then said "no, but it smells different than the rooms that had been cleaned already and hadn't been stayed in, at least the night before but likely longe

Aside from the pleasant lady who checked me in, a decent fitness center, a good rate, and wifi that allowed me to stream live sports, there's little other to recommend this property. Let's start with the room. AC/heating unit works sporadically and from the mildewy fumes coming from it, I doubt the filter has been changed in years. There's no alarm clock. No desk lamp, keeping that corner of the room dim. The toilet seat won't stay up. On to the breakfast area. There are benches in the dining area that are horribly stained. The dining area TV picture is partially blacked out. The omelets were burned and the bread stale. Genral hotel stuff .... of four ice machines only one works. Hotel could use some repairs. Repais that have been made were done poorly. Especially in the bathroom.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. From start to finish, the stay was plagued by misinformation and broken facilities. The issues began with the basic amenities. The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, making it impossible for me to work. When I asked the front desk if it was just an issue with my room, they casually replied that the Wi-Fi is slow throughout the entire hotel. It is clear they are aware of the problem but simply refuse to fix it. The business center was equally useless as the printer was out of order. Since I couldn't print, I asked the front desk for some paper so I could write by hand. The staff member gave me a single sheet. When I asked for a few more, they reluctantly handed over one more sheet and actually questioned what I needed t

This hotel offers amazing customer service. I had to book an emergency stay due to a coolant leak at my apartment they were extremely patient and understanding as I was going back and forth between my home to find out how long I was going to have to stay out and getting an insurance claim filed. Very kind staff. Dealing with an extremely difficult situation they made getting into the hotel and stay adjustments super easy. Their kindness and efficiency definitely helped during a stressful situation.
