Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio - Frost Bank Ctr by IHG

We got a room last minute and the staff was amazing. They got us setup and in our room very quickly. The room was nice and clean. The lobby was clean and well laid out. The breakfast was large with a good variety. The location is a bit of a challenge being right off a busy exit and intersection, but not hard to overcome. There is also a back entrance/exit that helps during the day although it is locked after 8pm for security, which is nice as well. Would certainly stay here again and is not a tough drive to the SASSR if you are in town for that event.

I loved my stay here for a recent work trip. The breakfast is so much better than any of the other hotels I have stayed at. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I was able to sleep soundly. I couldn’t hear any noise from any of the rooms next to me, which is a big issue at other places. The staff were very friendly and always greeted me as I came and went each day. This will be my go to hotel next time I’m in town for work.

Great hotel stay. Very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good security. A fence surrounds the property and is locked at night. Good breakfast bar. The only drawback is that it is a little hard to get too from the highway which is no fault of the hotel. Recommended stay.

Recent remodel and it looks good. There is a good breakfast starting at 6 but the breakfast area is open before 6 for those early risers. The early breakfast has breads, oatmeal, yogurt and fruit but the early opening time puts this hotel up a notch. There is always coffee, both regular and decaf, along with hot water for the tea drinkers. The staff was always friendly. We will stay at this hotel again if we are in the area. The rooms are a little pricy but the breakfast and early breakfast make up for the expense.

I give this place 5 stars because the Team was very pleasant at all times. We actually ended up booking at the last minute and they were so great to work with. Angel was just that, an 😇 Angel. Even though they had some remodeling going on initially, they cleared out and every was good. Breakfast included and they had healthier options, which was pretty neat. Also, it smelled really good and not old or stale like some hotels. Overall, great experience and will definitely book again if I'm in the area
