Positive: The location is excellent. Room's size is perfect. Negative: I think renovations need to be made. Beds are too high for senior. TV is old so It was not possible to use apps. And sometimes maíntenance at furniture will be great. And to keep it very clean, as the elevador was always dirty.

Needs serious upgrades, needed maintenance and new housekeeping staff!! I immediately spotted glitter on the comforter, removed and put it on the floor. I pick up the phone to call downstairs, the phone was FILTHY - I drop it and use my own cell phone. They wanted ME to come down to pick up new linen. UGH! I end up wiping down the room and bathroom with Lysol spray and wipes – that I always travel with. The toilet had a long hair on it and it was cracked on both sides. The tub had been painted in the bottom and was peeling, washing down the drain and clogging it. The ceiling had been patched, not completely nor repainted. After finally getting settled and showered, I turned the TV on, and the only channels working were sports, news, weather and Spanish channels – the rest all said, either

Great location. Roughly to 7-15 dollar Uber to the Riverwalk and most attractions. Easy to find and park for free. The room are big. Beds are firm. They could use a little more up keep. The pool is dirty and when we asked about it, they didn't seem like the sticks in the pool was a problem ... However the breakfast is good. The seating area for breakfast is small and so on weekend it was very crowded and hard to navigate.

First time staying at this hotel. I was on a business trip and co-workers picked this hotel due to location of downtown and the riverwalk. Upon entering the hotel, I noticed this hotel only had one elevator, which made getting to your room rather lengthy. Not sure why they don’t invest in two elevators but it was what it was. Staff seemed super friendly and helpful. Upon entering my room, I noticed it to be very dark. Even with lights turned on, the room itself was dark. I liked that the room I had was like a mini studio apartment, however lighting was just horrible. Overall the room was cleaned and organized. I had a random door in my room leading to who knows where. I was on the fourth floor, and hot water seemed like it took forever to get there. Even had the nozzle all the way on, and

I enjoyed the well stocked hot breakfast buffet. The staff was professional and kind. The room’s furnishings were torn, scratched and/or dirty. I have attached photos. The pool had a bit of debris in the water, but the poolside was clean and orderly. The room was well stocked. However, the microwave was missing its dish. When I requested a dish I was told, ‘ There were no extras in stock. I could not have one right now.’ So, I used my grand child’s bowl as a microwave dish! There was plenty hot water for bubble baths and showers. Two televisions in the room was a plus. My grandchildren used one, I used the other. I had plenty of space to conduct my virtual teaching classes, but the presence of torn furniture always makes me uncomfortable. If the furniture were in better shap
