Holiday Inn Express & Suites Raleigh SW NC State by IHG

The location was easy to find and easily accessible from the highway. Check-in was smooth and fast. The staff were very friendly. The hotel and room were very clean. The price was reasonable but of course if it were less that would be even better. There was a minor issue with the tub and shower that I brought to the staff's attention but it did not detract from my positive experience. Overall I was very pleased and would stay at this location again. I would recommend it based on my stay.

Came in for a one night quick stay for my son's event at NC State. Normally we stay at a higher end hotel but for this and just me I didn't need luxury. The staff was very helpful and courteous for check in and check out. Breakfast was full. Gym was small but functional. You will need to drive to NC State campus but parking was free. One side of hotel faces the highway which might be noisy but I faced the woods very quiet. The ONLY complaint is the beds were a bit hard and not comfortable for me. For the money it was a good deal. Not sure if it is new or a refresh of a Holiday Inn as there is an indoor pool which usually indicates a refresh.

Great place to stay. Very quiet. Very clean rooms. Amazing wonderful staff that are so welcoming, helpful, and super nice! I have stayed here several times now and have never been disappointed! Highly recommend....

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

My family and I stayed in this hotel during the Thanksgiving and we had a great time there! I recommend it. 1. The hotel room is clean and Housekeeping refill supplies daily. 2. Room size is large and the rate was reasonable. 3. Parking is free and only took us 15 mins drive to the city center of Raleigh and Cary. So, why do you have to stay inside of the city? 4. The staff is wonderful. Especially "Dee" who helped us with check-in was fast and professional. 5. Free breakfast and 24 hours coffee bar at the lobby. 6. Pool for the kids to use after we toured museums. The only complain was the heater was loud but honestly, all hotels we lived had loud heater/AC... We had a really good time stay at the hotel. If we need to visit Raleigh again, we will choose this hotel again.
