Holiday Inn Express & Suites Raleigh North - Wake Forest, an IHG Hotel

Exceptional customer service from the Front desk Manager, Front desk clerks (highlighting 1st & 2nd Shifts, very kind and professional service), Breaks Attendants (food was delicious and fresh daily), General Manager, & Maintenance. I thoroughly enjoyed my five days of both Business & Leisure (Rest & Relaxation). I stayed at this property before, and I was highly impressed with the customer service and hospitality, back then! Same now, it hasn't changed! Thank you! I would definitely recommend this hotel and the location is perfect for getting around easily to restaurants, gas stations, stores, and the highway! In my opinion and experience, this location is also very safe! Come see for yourself! 😊

Seems to be aging as there was obvious unrepaired water damage on bath ceiling, other things. Noisy from other rooms. Stayed five nights, breakfast was ok maybe two days. Other days was things like vegan sausage, turkey sausage. Items sometimes lukewarm or cold or not replenished when empty. Handicapped parking usually had one or more vehicles without a handicapped placard. Located off Capitol, indirect road access.

The room was ok. Underneath the tub mat was dirty. The TV had a lot of channels but if you wanted to plug in a streaming device in the HDMI port the TV won't let you pick that option. Housekeeping only changes towels and rags not bed sheets from what I saw staying there for 3 days. My hotel card was deactivated the second day I was there for some reason. They did fix it. The property has 3 floors. The second floor where I was didn't have an ice machine. At least the mini refrigerator was cold. The area is quiet but the guess we're not. Next time I visit the area I'll probably pick a different Holiday Inn.

The customer service is absolutely amazing!!! I made a reservation for the wrong night by mistake! And the Jocelyn and Sonya along with Raj assisted me and fixed the problem with a smile. I am a regular customer and both Jocelyn and Sonya made the GM aware! I must say this type of service is unheard of in this culture today! The ladies are always accommodating professional an go above and beyond whenever I visit!!! I recommend this location and tell the ladies I said hello!❣️
