Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly. The business center had a printer which was a must for me. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. It was a quiet stay. I also loved that a cute shopping center with target and many restaurants was about half a mile away. The only critique is that food was running low about an hour before breakfast closed, but could have just been my timing was off. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Raleigh Airport – Brier Creek. The facility feels fairly new, and everything throughout the property is clean, modern, and well‑maintained. My room was comfortable, spotless, and quiet; almost too quiet. Perfect after a long day of travel. The staff were outstanding. Every interaction was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which really elevated the experience. The continental breakfast was perfect as well, offering a great variety of fresh options to start the day. The location is ideal for travelers. It’s close to Raleigh‑Durham International Airport, and the hotel offers a convenient airport and local shuttle, making transportation simple and stress‑free. Whether you’re catching an early flight or arriving late, the easy access

I stayed at this hotel with my family 1/8 - 1/11/26. Had booked 3 rooms through Expedia, fully paid. Upon check-out I was told all 3 rooms had a 0 balance. Upon returning home I was charged $14.49 to each 3 rooms. Total $43.47. I called the hotel to find out about the charges and was told it was a service fee, but they could not explain what service fee and why I was charged, when I had already paid Expedia in full. I complained to Expedia and provided them all documentation. I just got an email from Expedia that the hotel is not responding back to them. This location is a franchise and I will be calling Holiday Inn Corporate to report this over-charging. Please avoid disappointment and don't stay there if you don't have to. I will provide an updated review for this property, if anything c

Do not stay here. I have just read 10 reviews talking about them double charging people and It happened to me! I want everyone to know just how terrible they are. They are independently owned and not held to any ethical standards of the IHG Hotel.||I have stayed at this holiday inn about 10 times for business and each time it got worse. Never again!|On 6/27/2025, I booked my stay online directly with Holiday Inn and the email confirmation states $165.55 (Summary of charges = 1 night stay 141.55 USD Additional charges $4.50 USD, Taxes $18.76 USD, *Total charges are $164.81 USD). However, I was charged $141.55 and it was put in a pending status.|I checked in on 6/28 for the one night stay and was charged $190.13 that day and it was put in a pending status. The front desk clerk said it includ

As someone who spends most of the year in hotels and chooses IHG properties the majority of the time, I know exactly what a baseline stay should feel like. This property missed that mark in several key areas. The in room experience was weak. The AC and heating unit was loud enough to break sleep. Only about fifteen of roughly forty channels worked, and a few of those still had minor glitches. Water pressure was poor, and the hot water ran low far too quickly. Visible wear in the room, including peeling wallpaper, added to the sense of neglect. Service wasn’t tighter. Basic details like breakfast and available amenities were not mentioned at check in, which set the tone for a stay that felt more hands off than it should. If you simply need a place to stop for the night and can overlook p
