Holiday Inn Express & Suites Raleigh Airport - Brier Creek by IHG

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly. The business center had a printer which was a must for me. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. It was a quiet stay. I also loved that a cute shopping center with target and many restaurants was about half a mile away. The only critique is that food was running low about an hour before breakfast closed, but could have just been my timing was off. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with my family 1/8 - 1/11/26. Had booked 3 rooms through Expedia, fully paid. Upon check-out I was told all 3 rooms had a 0 balance. Upon returning home I was charged $14.49 to each 3 rooms. Total $43.47. I called the hotel to find out about the charges and was told it was a service fee, but they could not explain what service fee and why I was charged, when I had already paid Expedia in full. I complained to Expedia and provided them all documentation. I just got an email from Expedia that the hotel is not responding back to them. This location is a franchise and I will be calling Holiday Inn Corporate to report this over-charging. Please avoid disappointment and don't stay there if you don't have to. This property missed that mark in several key areas. The in room experience was weak. The AC and heating unit was loud enough to break sleep. Only about fifteen of roughly forty channels worked, and a few of those still had minor glitches. Water pressure was poor, and the hot water ran low far too quickly.
