Holiday Inn Express & Suites Port St. Lucie West by IHG

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Port St. Lucie, FL. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and check-in/out was smooth. Great location with easy access to local restaurants.

Our check-in to the double room suite was quite disappointing. The closets had no rods for clothing, one drawer of the two was broken, this for the advertised 5 people accommodation, the main tv did not function, no telephone in the room. I went to speak with the clerk who said maintenance was gone, it was 3:05 pm when check-in was at 3 pm. He said he would add us to the notes about the problems. When I asked if any other room was available he told me no, and that the three double squires were identical. Upon returning to the elevator I was greeted by two pleasant women, one was the manager. I was soon provided one of the other suites that the clerk had said were not available. Thankfully this room had none of the problems mentioned earlier. My family and I stayed at this property last year as an overnight stay the day before we went on a cruise. We really enjoyed everything about the stay so we decided to stay there again this year before our cruise, and we even brought more family with us to stay. The stay was just as great as the first time. The staff is nice and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable, and a great sleep with plenty of room for a family. The breakfast is good with different options to choose from. My experience once again was great, and I look forward to staying again next year! You can't go wrong by choosing to stay here. Not only is the hotel great, but it's near lots of restaurants and shops, so you really don't have to venture out far to get what you need or want.

We stayed here for about a week whole doing a local project in the area. Was a pleasant stay overall. Biggest issue was in the early morning hours there was NO HOT WATER! Which is very unfortunate as we typically arrive bsck st the hotel the same time every time. We had to shower when I woke up around 10/11am, then we'd have hot water. Rooms were pretty clean and beds comfy. The staff we dealt wjth were all extremely helpful and polite! Would stay here again. Can't beat it for the price, ecspeically with how the other in the area are priced at.

I enjoyed staying here. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and smelled good. The breakfast was delicious especially the western omelet and the cinnamon rolls. The receptionists were nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
