Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pensacola Airport North - I-10 by IHG

I’m traveling with a group of about 80 folks and when we arrived at the hotel they were ready for us and had great system for checking us in. I would say our whole group was all checked in within 20 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable. Outstanding service! All staff greeted us and were happy to have us there. Would definitely return. Thank you to the amazing staff at the Pensacola Holiday Inn Express & Suites!

Stayed at this hotel during a quick turnaround trip and could not have chosen better accommodations. The staff was friendly and kind as well as helpful. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning and the cinnamon rolls were some of the best I ever had! We also really appreciated the free airport shuttle.

Very disappointing experience. I made a confirmed reservation through Priceline for Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pensacola Airport North (Confirmation #975073178) five days in advance. My family drove more than 10 hours to Pensacola and arrived around 11 PM, only to be told at the front desk that our reservation had been cancelled without any prior notice. Traveling with family late at night and suddenly having no place to stay was extremely stressful. The hotel offered no assistance in finding another hotel and simply said we would get a refund. A confirmed reservation should not be cancelled without notice, especially when guests arrive late at night after a long drive. This experience was unacceptable and I hope the hotel management reviews how situations like this are handled.

Positive: Easy access to the freeway. Negative: We stayed for 3 nights and never had our room cleaned or even towels delivered. We had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels.

We just checked in at 2:30 today so this is pretty much pre-stay but the lady who was working the desk was absolutely wonderful she was so nice. The room is fantastic although it makes zero sense that somebody put the couch on the same wall as the TV That's not what shows in the pictures and it's absolutely useless for watching TV from it so we still are stuck with chairs for watching TV. UPDATE: They noticed couch situation and changed it right away. Much easier tv viewing. But the room is great the blind on the window so I've never seen before I really like it. Very clean. And it's the walk-in shower which is wonderful. As of now the room is fantastic and I hope I feel the same way when I walk out Tuesday morning. Bed isn't as plush as we've gotten used to but no trouble sleeping and
