From check-in to check-out, my experience was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and everything about the hotel felt clean, welcoming, and well cared for. A special shoutout to Tisha — she was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. Her warm personality and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so valued as a guest. The room was clean, beautifully designed, and the bed was super comfortable. After nearly 24 hours of travelling we were so pleased with this hotel. The room was as you would expect, clean & modern and the staff were all amazing & so friendly. Great breakfast that would please most people. Positive: very clean, the staff very friendly, the location/ Negative: well in the night they are people gathered drinking in the parking. I believe that these people are from the construction in the hotel. because the hotel in remodeling.

I had gone to a performance in Orlando for Halloween, and knowing that it didn't start until 8 pm, I knew that I wouldn't be up to driving all the way home the same night. I had looked on Priceline and it offered me one of those blind hotels, the ones where you don't know which hotel it is until after reserving it. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered free breakfast. My only complaint, which is more Priceline's fault that the hotel's, was that I had selected the pet friendly option when looking for a hotel, and this one does not allow pets. Thankfully, I discovered this fact before leaving home, so that I could properly make sure my dog was properly taken care of and safe & sound prior to me leaving for the night. Top notch hotel, highly recommended. Renata the manager at the desk was super amazing, very courteous, and super helpful, came back from a brutal night shift and allowed me to have early check in. Very nice people work there. Gym is amazing. Haven’t used the pool, it was pretty cold. Overall I give this place 10/10.
