Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oklahoma City Northwest by IHG

Love this hotel, we stay here everything we are in okc. Always quiet, staff is helpful and polite. Breakfast is always fresh and good. My only problem is parking, if you leave in the evening you will come back with no parking or no parking because people cannot park straight because how the spots are setup. So not the people not the hotel staff failure but it is a issue. Just check in and stay. Rooms are clean and smell clean. Everything always works

Managment & staff are exceptional here. Always friendly & accomodating. We are frequent guests due to needing the nearby medical facilites & our latest stay was for a few days of post surgical recovery before the long drive back home. They gave us the perfect adjoining rooms in a quiet area, so the patient wasn't disturbed at all. We love the warm pool here, too, so our family who live in OKC stays here a lot just for the swim & little vacation. The extremely friendly staff & clean rooms keeps us coming back!

Positive: Location. It was centrally located Negative: The clean crew did not make it to our room during our 3 days there. The coffee was not good

Not a first choice for sure. We needed a quick stop for our trip. But the rooms are kind of musty smelling and the blind is broken and you can see light coming through. Not like the pictures at all. It needs to be updated. You can hear everyone in hallways and next door to your room. Kind of sketchy with the homeless that walk around and sit close to the property but it did for the night we were here.

The staff at this location were very unprofessional and totally out of line. A key card was given out without my permission by Chris at the front desk. When asked about it he lied but come to find out I was correct. He gave someone who didn’t book the room, didn’t pay, didn’t show an id at check in my room key which made mine not work. This could’ve ended badly. And then when confronted Chris tried to charge me $100 for towels, towels he claimed I stole. I’m not sure what kind of establishment accepts that kind of behavior but I’ll never stay at another holiday Inn. Ever
