Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oklahoma City North by IHG

This hotel is easily located off of IH35. It is clean and decorated with an updated, modern vibe. Check-in was pleasant and staff was welcoming. The room was spick and span with no stains on any furniture. No weird smells in the room. No mildew in the shower. The towels were fluffy and smelled nice. The bed was extra comfortable. The room was spacious with high ceilings and it did not even sound like anyone else was in the hotel. We slept very well. Breakfast was stocked and had attentive staff. We added this hotel to our list of "would stay here again".

we travel through Oklahoma City a couple of times a year and stop at this hotel every trip. We like that it is all “pet friendly”, not just dog friendly, which some are. The rooms all updated with modern look and feel, USB charging ports, reading lights and digital thermostat. Kerurig coffee machine if you prefer your favorite coffee. Not sure if I like the “dispenser” type for soaps and shampoo over a bar of soap and travel size shampoo but I understand why they use them. Overall we enjoy this hotel and will continue to stay here in the future.

We had an incredible stay! The hotel itself had amazing service — everyone was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Tobin, who went above and beyond to help us when our car battery died. They spent about 15–30 minutes helping us jump our car and made sure we were all set before leaving. That kind of genuine care and patience is rare, and it truly made our day. Thank you, Tobin, and thank you to the whole team for making our stay such a great experience!

Room was very spacious and clean. We booked a handicap room, and it was very accessible with a loud doorbell that even had a flashing light for visually and hearing impaired guests, which I thought was cool. The pool was a great temp and is open pretty late. Breakfast was decent, lots of options for sure. We were about 20 mins from the things in the city we wanted to do, but that wasn’t a huge deal. Great stay.

SAFE Parking !! Well lit . Very friendly staff. Greeted us by name, helped us with a smile. So refreshing to see such genuine customer service. Clean rooms. Clean linens. Good breakfast
