Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oklahoma City Dwtn - Bricktown by IHG

I quickly had to choose a hotel near the convention center for my a cheer competition and landed on this Holiday Inn. It’s in a great location and has decent reviews so I figured we’d be good to go. I was traveling with my two month old son for the first time so I called ahead to see if they had a pack and play or a crib we could use and was told yes and that they would have it in my room upon arrival. When we checked in and went to our room, no crib. I went to the front desk and asked if they could bring us one and was informed that we couldn’t have a crib because our room was too small and it would be a hazard. So, I didn’t have anywhere for my baby to sleep.. The girl at the front desk offered no solutions and dismissed me as if it wasn’t a big deal. Had I known the room was too small f

It is a convenient location to things you can walk to see or do , also can get to main roads if want to drive somewhere else . Nice staff at check in and out . Park on side if available because if need park at back of hotel - it will cost you nightly. Breakfast to me was just average. Room was clean .

I had just come out of a nightmare situation with a first-time "private rental" booking and chose Holiday Inn Express in Bricktown as a replacement because I didn't have the time or energy to hunt for the best deal. I just knew that Holiday Inn is a company that has been around forever should be a known reliable. They were basically a godsend for me, as I was at my wit's end, after a gruelingly long train ride from L.A and my bad experience with another company. We walked into the room and I think I heard a chorus of angels. The room was nice and cool and tastefully appointed. Little did I know that it was close to so many fun places to go to, Bricktown is great. The free breakfast was also great. It was such a pleasure to sit in the cool modern lobby and have my favorite breakfast of bisc

We loved it. It put us right in brick town and with a 9 and 4 year old in tow walking distance is the key to happiness. By foot it's 5 minutes to the canal , 10 to paycom and there are plenty of restaurants and stuff. We are thinking about going back and staying again just to explore bricktown. My only complaint, and it's not really a complaint, is my breakfast was meh temp wise but Im not really complaining because I'm sure I was pushing the time that breakfast was over so that's probably more on me but everything tasted excellent. The night desk attendant was also wonderful giving us a room with a perfect view of devon tower to watch the thunder lights. She was very considerate of the purpose of our visit and gave the kids an extra little something to remember.

I can’t say enough good things about this location! Our family of 4 had a king suite and I found the room to be very clean, spacious with lots of open space and storage. They also keep the common areas very clean and well maintained. Having laundry on site, a gym and an indoor pool for the kids to enjoy were a nice bonus. The staff was top notch! The girls at the front desk, the ladies who ran the breakfast, and cleaning staff were all so kind, friendly and helpful. We will stay here every time we are in the OKC area!
