Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville Southeast - Antioch by IHG

We were in town for a funeral and booked here. The check-in process was easy, and the associate was kind. When we got to our room, it seemed pretty warm, so we set the ac lower and went to dinner with local family. When we returned a couple hours later, it was even warmer. We tried to call the desk and learned that the room phone didn’t work, so we headed downstairs. Thankfully, they were willing and able to move us to a different room, which resolved the problem. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was also convenient, and the staff was kind.

From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. I want to specifically acknowledge the lady at the check-in counter; she was incredibly kind and courteous, and I truly appreciated her taking the time to recognize my IHG status. It’s those personal touches that make a stay memorable. The room was spotless and had a great "fresh" feel to it, which made it easy to relax after a long day. To top it all off, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options to start the morning. I highly recommend this location for anyone visiting the Nashville/Antioch area.

This hotel is advertised as having a shuttle bus but there is none. This is on many websites including its parent website IHG. Shona front of house duty manager was very helpful but the overall manager was toxic, bullying us etc…The blinds were broken, no safe and no shuttle bus. There was pictures of bacon for breakfast bus after staying for five nights, no sign of any. We were pensioners on a budget so we would advise anyone visiting Nashville and wanting to go downtown not to stay here. Ubers cost between 40 to 53 dollars each way

This was such a nice hotel, that I wish we could have stayed longer. I don't know if each Holiday Inn Express are individually owned, but this one had better food for their breakfast than another Holiday Inn Express in a different location in the Nashville area. The other Holiday Inn always had an empty spot for the Cinnabons, but this one had Cinnabons every day, and they were nice and warm. The yogurts were a full size Oinko, while the other location had smaller ones. This one also had pint size to go chocolate milk and regular milk. We were upgraded to a very nice suite, with a livingroom, eating area with a table and chairs, a huge bedroom with 6 drawers for your clothes, a wall huge tv in each room, and air conditioner unit in each room. The windows had black out curtains that rolled

Avoid at all cost! My stay started with ground floor party of around 50 people, and music so loud it was hard to communicate to the front desk.. Got to my room, on the 5th floor, and still the pulsing of music was shaking the mirrors, and windows. This went on for hours. Tried to call the front desk on multiple occasions, to just have it ring. And ring. Finally called to make a reservation, and they picked up. Asked about the noise, and they advised it would stop at 10pm. It did stop, at 10:30pm. Then the barking dogs started in.. sounded like a kennel. I kid you not, seemed every other room had a dog.. and one goes off, they ALL go off... That was all for my stay there. But trying to get ahold of them just to get a copy of my bill, has been a 2 hour event. They hang up on customers, eve
