Holiday Inn Express & Suites Meridian I-20 by IHG

First time in meridian and it was such a delight! The rooms were very clean and quiet. Housekeeping/maintenance came promptly when we needed our fridge fixed. We stayed for 5 days for Thanksgiving and breakfast was tasty! Being that we stayed for so long, I wish there was more variety in the breakfast buffet but it was good! There are plenty restaurants in the area. Gym was well equipped too! I’ll definitely be back next Thanksgiving!

The location was extremely easy to find. The building was exceptionally clean and organized, without the offensive odor of air fresheners found in a lot of hotels. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating even after I requested a room change due to excessive noise from my upstairs neighbors. I especially enjoyed the new coffee machine in the lobby, event though I am not a coffee drinker I am an avid tea drinker and the hot water was wonderful.

The hotel was no longer called Holiday Inn. It's named La Quinta. The room we stayed in had very little to no water pressure while showering, with a lot of mildew along the internal side of the shower.

Perfect for a one night stay off interstate I-20. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. It is a fairly new building. Has a pool with handicap facilities. There was some noise from the freeway but we were so tired from driving all day it was more like white noise to us. I am a light sleep but had no issues with it. Parking lot is well lighted so walking to and from car felt safe. We had a small u-haul which we felt ok with leaving since it was lighted so well. Overall this off highway hotel better than most I have stayed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Meridian. The service is great. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was good. The lady was so sweet and informed us that she was bringing out hot biscuits. They were delicious. She checked on us while we were eating and asked if we needed anything. Top tier service.
