Hilton Garden Inn Meridian

Incredibly friendly, helpful staff who made our stay memorable, especially for our little ones. Incredibly comfortable luxurious beds, just outstanding. We had accidentally forgotten to pack some incidentals but the excellent Front Desk receptionist had us covered for free. They have best hot breakfast buffet in town - a bit expensive, but totally worth it. If you don't see something you are craving, they will cook it to order fast and delicious. We will definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The weight room was equally clean and comfortable. Bridgette in the dining area is an absolute gem! She kept our glasses full and was so happy and friendly. I really enjoyed being with her. She made my morning a happy morning!

Positive: "" Negative: Check in clerk didn’t have a name tag on and was rude. The elevators didn’t work for a majority of the time. Drywall falling above the shower in the bathroom. The breakfast wasn’t free and definitely wasn’t worth the extra money. I won’t be back!

Room (229) was nice with enough space to maneuver wheelchair.|Doors were also wide enough for wheelchairs. |The roll in shower failed. The bench for handicap individual was only stable in two slanted positions making it and the shower unusable for handicap person.

I had the opportunity to stay at this location recently while in the area for work. Originally, my lodging was reserved at another location, but a last minute decision was made to change where I would be staying overnight. Even with the last minute change, the Hilton Garden Inn appeared to be completely ready when I arrived shortly after their posted 3 PM check in time. The facility was clean and inviting and each of the staff I interacted with greeted me with what appeared as a genuine smile. I look forward to another opportunity to stay here when I return to Meridian
