Holiday Inn Express & Suites Memphis East by IHG

There is something odd happening at this Holiday Inn Express. The general manager and owner would not reply to an inquiry I sent via email and then again through IHG's official channels. There could be employee theft or corruption at the GM/owner level, but something is really off here. I don't recommend staying here because if you have even the smallest problem, they will not take care of it. Instead, they set the inquiry as "resolved" without doing anything. This is unacceptable. If the GM, Parker Martin, wants to respond to my emails and inquiries, I will modify this review, but as for now, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

There is something odd going on with this hotel. With a minor issue I had, I was unable to get resolution from the staff, General Manager, or the owner! Yes, requests to resolve this issue were ignored and marked "resolved" through the official IHG channels.||||The issue could be employee theft or just corruption at the manager/GM level but they were completely unwilling to fix the issue. That's sad. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

The stay was horrible it was disgusting and Ryan trahan if u see this don't come hear it stinky bed bugs everywhere and the staff are just rude as H E double hockey sticks don't come it horrible and also heard screaming one night in the room next to me😭😭
