Holiday Inn Express & Suites Howell by IHG

There for my Great Nephews birthday party. They had a suite. It was spacious and clean. The lady at the front desk was kind and helped us store our ice cream for which we were thankful for. All the kids had fun at the pool. I would go there again and I would absolutely recommend this location.

I had a great stay!! The rooms were very clean and staff nice, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast had a lot of options and everything was fresh and well stocked. The location is also super convenient and close to everything we needed. The Manager was especially nice and accommodating, which really made a difference and showed great customer service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

We thought HI was a brand we could trust. It seems it isn’t so. We were there for a wedding with other family, and wanted to remain in the same place as them or we would have left. ||It started with a used washcloth in the tub, bedding that looked rumpled (as though someone had laid on it), stains on the carpet, and what looked like smears on the desk (we were unable to clean up - so it needed refinishing, not just a wipe.)||Additionally, the microwave stand was decomposing, the shower had mold on the grout & a stained shower curtain, and the bathroom door made a loud (wake everyone up) squeak in the middle of the night (the weekend staff said no-one could access lube to remedy this.) Plus, a bonus 1/2 drunk bottle of water in the refrigerator - gross!||At some point, someone had walk

Overall worth the money to stay. Unfortunately no pool nor working ice machine on 2nd floor. Some front desk issues (housekeeping still in our room, copies of keys given to strangers) ultimately resolved by Manager. Clean comfortable room. Nice TV channel selections.

Stayed here while attending a funeral. The staff was amazing, attended to our needs and help us in our time of need. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds soft. Breakfast was fresh and when I asked a dietary question they found out quickly. Will 100 percent recommend this property to anyone staying in howell
