Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston East - Beltway 8 by IHG

The property looked new and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with staff ready to help and answer questions. The desk staff were friendly and professional. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The shower floor was pretty slippery, falls in the shower are a real danger. There were floor tiles in front of the shower and in front of the toilet that were loose making it a bit challenging to walk around the bathroom.

Ms. Theresa gave my family and me the best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and her friendly, caring attitude truly stood out. Because of her, we will always choose this hotel when visiting family and will gladly recommend it to our relatives as well. Excellent service!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the décor and amenities. The location was perfect—close to key attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express recently and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable everything was. The room was spacious, the bed slept well, and the A/C worked great without being too loud. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, and common areas like the lobby and hallways were also well kept. Wi‑Fi was reliable and parking was convenient and free, which made coming and going easy Breakfast in the morning had the usual Holiday Inn Express options (eggs, breakfast meat, pastries, cereal, yogurt, coffee) and everything was stocked and fresh; it was a solid way to start the day, especially considering it is included in the rate.

Iris was super helpful when I checked in she greated with a smile after a long flight and made the process quick and easy. The room was clean and stayed cleaned during my stay, restaurants are all over the place making the location great, top it off with free washer and dryer for guest.
