Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hollister by IHG

One of the best I've stayed at. It feels very new, clean, and spacious. The staff was friendly, and I was able to check in early. My room was huge. The breakfast was even decent with a good selection of hot and cold food. There was always plenty of parking and I felt safe. Clean laundry facilities, coin operated and very reasonably priced, only a couple dollars to wash and to dry. The only possible thing that could be improved upon would be to have a freezer compartment in the mini fridge. Did not use the pool or the gym but saw they have them.

This was a one night stop over on a longer trip and it was just what we needed. Big comfortable room with a large well lit bathroom and useful amenities such as a 'fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We like hot tea at night and the coffee maker wouldn't cooperate so I went downstairs to get hot water in the lobby—which was out. The front desk guy helped us out with that eventually. Parking was easy (not free however as it says above) and the hotel was very quiet. The breakfast area is roomy and the food buffet is clean and well organized with enough variety of hot and cold items. This hotel stays on our list!

I have stayed in many Holiday Inns, but this one is the best one by far. Specially the breakfast there’s many options to choose from it’s great. The person who attended me and my family was very lovely and nice I’m sure her name was Rose.

Positive: The room was nice. Negative: The breakfast (eggs and sausage) was terrible. I paid $--- for 1 night, why did I have to pay $5 for parking? Why did they charge my card $100 in incidental fees? Hopefully, I’ll get it back otherwise, I’m disputing the charge.

Great morning breakfast, fresh coffee all day . Hot tea and hot chocolate available in the evenings. Pool was nice for kids. Right across the street to a McDonald's for snacks. Lucky's store; KFC, pizza and much more 5 minutes away by car. Post Office behind McDonald's to get mail out. I went downtown to LA Catrina's restaurant and had a good meal there at about 8 minutes away.
