Party of 2 stayed the Tuesday night after Labor Day. This hotel is a bit more expensive than other options you'll find on places like expedia, but well worth it. Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel has a pool and gym. We had a room on the third floor with 2 queen beds facing out to the lush green farms. The hotel has a nice seating area close to the reception with a tv, so I was able to watch the US Open tennis tournament there for a bit. The patio outside is pretty nice too. Breakfast was great, and they served hot sausages and fritata as well, alongside the usual bread and cereal and yogurt and fruits. The receptionist was very friendly. Parking is easy to find and costs 5 bucks a day.

The front desk agent was friendly and welcoming. He provided interesting information about the area. It was a great first impression. The facility was clean and modern. Everything was new and in good working order. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and well managed. The excercise room had new equipment. There was ample parking and the location was good for travelers.

The hotel was fine. We were there for one night as we were in Hollister for a party. I tried to reserve a room at the location a month prior and waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes, but was told that there was no one who could help me as the staff wasn't present. Finally, I came back the next day and got some help. On the day of check in, I rang the bell, as there is never anyone at the front desk, and a high pitched woman's voice yelled from the back room, "We'll be there in a minute", it sounded as though they were annoyed with the call of service. A young man came out and helped us. We wanted to check in early. He said no rooms were available yet, as check out was at noon, but to check back around 12:30. He even offered to call us. We returned at 12:30, hoping to check in, as

Positive: Clean room. Negative: Although we would have preferred to use onsite laundry service, it was not listed and we missed the opportunity to use it despite it being available. Also, the sink drain was not draining properly.
