Holiday Inn Express & Suites Henderson South - Boulder City, an IHG Hotel

We flew into Las Vegas and stayed here on our way to Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, and the Grand Canyon. The location was very convenient off the interstate. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The drink coupon and discount dinner coupon at the sister restaurants were a nice touch. The coffee was always fresh and hot. While the bathroom was missing lotion and the tub could have been scrubbed a bit better, it was an overnight stay, and we use shower shoes, so no issues there. We will definitely return.

Stayed here for a night and it was very comfortable. The room we took had double queen beds and came with all the standard amenities: tv , fridge, microwave, coffee machine, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, desk, chair. Cabinets and plenty of charging points. The bathroom was clean and had multiuse dispensers for soap , shampoo, shower gel and lotion. The breakfast was great with hot items, pastries, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruits, yogurt, juices, coffee. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Our family of 3 enjoyed a 4-night stay at the Holiday Inn-Henderson/Railroad Pass. Everything was smooth and comfortable throughout our stay, from check-in to final day. The hotel is quite new, clean, and well-maintained. All the staff we encountered were welcoming and wanted to assure our comfort. The daily hot breakfast was a huge hit with our teen kid and the staff did a great job maintaining it at all times. The location is great for reaching area points of interest. The no-smoking policy was better for us than the casino hotels with heavy smoke smell. This was our first stay at a Holiday Inn in a while and we liked it so much we joined the rewards program. I really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The room, bathroom, and furnishings were modern, elegant, and in excellent condition. The black out curtains did a great job. There were numerous bright and effective lighting options and plenty of well placed outlets for charging devices. The TV was large enough to view from the bed. The desk had a comfortable chair, which is a rarity. I liked the King room layout with convenient shelf in entryway for keys/ wallet. Excellent hot breakfast options, including healthy home made oatmeal and toppings (not the sugary instant packets). Friendly staff. There were only a couple minor issues that would not prevent me from staying there again. They did not service the room during our stay, we ran out of clean towel

Service is great and if you are looking for something cost effective in the Vegas area it is okay. It is about 20 miles down away from I15, toward Boulder City. For traveling it worked for us but for others who want to stay where there are more close options for food besides the steak house and bar across the parking lot it may not work well. Parking is not convenient and you have to walk a bit to and from your car. Pool is seasonal and wasn't available while we were there. But like I said the service was great and everyone was super friendly.
