Absolutely Appalling Experience – Avoid at All Costs I had prepaid for my room in full and arrived at the hotel at 6pm after travelling all day from the UK. Exhausted and simply wanting to check in, I was told they needed to take a $100 card authorisation for potential damage. Unfortunately, my card was temporarily blocked because I hadn’t informed my bank I was travelling. These things happen — and I immediately tried to resolve it. I offered: • A different card • Cash for the deposit • Any reasonable alternative All were refused. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of understanding or flexibility after a full day of international travel, reception’s only “solution” was to cancel my room and suggest I find somewhere else to stay. Property was very clean n some staff seemed to care while others didn't unless you were their friends. The breakfast selection was extremely weak in variety no potatoes or other side offered besides dried sausage patties. The room was clean however the toilet felt like it was going to break each time u got up it shook n moved . Housekeeping entered room before checkout and without knocking when reported to front desk they said oh ok thank you. But nothing specific and the hot tub didn't work and no airport shuttle is discouraging the casino behind hotel had no direct access when asked how to get there the front desk either just pointed to a door with no specific path or said I dont know one front desk said there is a path but didn't show. For me, this is a great place to stay. Good breakfast, well stocked convenience items, great water dispenser available 24/7, and nice people. The rooms are clean, pillows could use a little work, but not bad. There is a happy hour with free beer, wine, and sodas. They also have fresh baked cookies at that time. The hostess of happybhour has been doing it for many years. She is very friendly and open to conversation. They also have a great piano player for happy hour.

Reasonably priced. All staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Stayed 4 nights, breakfast each morning with hot and cold items. Room had a refrigerator and microwave, and a coffee maker. Bed was comfortable, room was clean but could have used an update. Plenty of towels, great water pressure. Plenty of shopping/food places within walking distance. Free parking without any issues. Would definitely stay there again.

AS A LONG TIME BUSINESS OWNER, I AM APPALLED BY THIS ESTABLISHMENT "I have been a business owner, and a Choice Privileges member for just as long. I travel for business and I understand how to treat customers and, more importantly, I understand the law. This Comfort Inn is a disgrace to the Choice Privilege Brand. • THE BEDS: The mattresses are ancient. You can see deep body indentations through the comforter. As a business owner, I would never dream of charging full price for a room in this condition. • THE DISHONESTY: When I asked for a room with a better mattress, the staff was dismissive. Later, they lied and claimed they offered me an upgrade—which never happened. • ADA VIOLATION: I travel with an oxygen concentrator and a highly-trained service dog. Who has a leash and Dog coll
