Best Western Plus Las Vegas South Henderson

NEVER AGAIN will I ever stay at this location! I booked this hotel for our anniversary and it was SO disappointing. We arrived January 29th 2026 the water was shut off but we check in anyways because they said the water would be back on shortly we get our room and the 1st room we where given was not the room we booked!! I booked a king suite room walked into a standard king room went to front dest and the lady was rude and said "well the room you booked isn't even available "I asked how is that possible when thats what i picked and what i booked! she said you booked online and the reservation shows up on her side (the hotel computer)as a regular room. I pulled out my phone showed her the reservation and the booking, where it showed.I did in fact book a king suite and then she finally gave

Arrived Tuesday night to a torn top sheet. Had to take it off & down to the front desk & had to remake my bed myself. Was guaranteed that my room would be deep cleaned the next day & came back after being gone all day to my room not being cleaned at all that day. Garbage still there, dirty towels in the bathroom, bed unmade. Went to front desk again because my phone in my room didn’t work either & nothing taken care of. Also my chair was broken & couch was torn. Hot tub was cold. Just overall an extremely bad stay for 3 days & no compensation was given at all.

Decent hotel. The rooms were nice and the staff was very courteous. Location is centered on St.Rose Parkway so your right in the middle of Henderson where all the action is at. Unfortunately, they loose 2stars for that horrible breakfast thats included with my stay. First off, their setup is all over the place. Lines from multiple angles, no organization. Everyone is just doing a free for all. And their choice selection is bad. Where are the hard boilded eggs (not everyone can eat powdered scrambled eggs) bacon or potatoes?? They had scrambled eggs and under cooked sausage available which was not good. The yogurt dispensar barely dispenses any yogurt. Overall, the experience was not as pleasant. Its a shame really, because we love Best Western Plus. The location on Boulder offers way more

Positive: The beds were super comfy! Negative: The powdered scrambled eggs were too dry all days except for one, and that day.. that one lady made the scrambled eggs with love.. they were moist and she put cheese over the top. All the other days was someone else and that person dried em out.

The hotel is nice and clean. The front desk staff was friendly. They have the standard breakfast as other hotels. Scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, yogurt and cereal. There is not enough tables in the breakfast area. It looked like the hotel had a lot of vacancies and there was no place to sit. I would hate to see if the hotel was packed. You would probably have to stand and eat your food or take your food back to your room. The breakfast attendant was restocking plastic silverware and not wearing gloves.
