Yall, Ashley at the front desk was so kind & caring. She went above and beyond at 2am to help us when we had to leave another hotel quick, fast and in a hurry. She adds value to this hotel. Holiday Inn I hope notice & recognize how amazing she is!

I had an excellent stay here. The staff were fantastic throughout, and I want to give special recognition to Nadine, she is absolutely amazing. Professional, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile, she truly made my experience memorable. The food was great, with plenty of options to enjoy, and the location made everything incredibly convenient, with easy access to all the nearby amenities. I'm at a downfall on this hotel only. I really enjoy staying here. We usually stay for 20 days out of the month due to work. I enjoy the beds and pillows both comfortable in my opinion. The lighting is great, the rooms are big and the air conditioner is great, again in my opinion. The staff are great. The biggest down fall of this only this hotel, which I'm greatly appreciative of all the other hotels that we stay in. We are able to recieve our points through a third party. Iv stayed here in total 60 nights this year. I do not look forward to coming back due to me not earning the points. Had I earned points over those days, I would come back here than any other hotel iv stayed. As I've tried to tall to corporate over my 60 days and recieve my points for these days but they will n

The bed was comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy. I reserved the room with the separate living space, which was very roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with several options, and things were available and replenished quickly. Could upgrade the lighting in the rooms, as it was very dim. The bathroom could use better ventilation, as the mirror was foggy and could not be used. Overall, a good stay at an affordable price.

Positive: The downstairs area was clean. The breakfast had nice variety. Negative: The room smelled like water damage #329 I believe. Staff could not rectify issue with at least an airfreshner.
