Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greensboro-East by IHG

When I had already booked and paid a DIFFERENT hotel a month in advance and arrived to no availability, tried a different hotel paid online got there no availability on Valentines day I was in a disarray! I called and the front desk representative was more than accommodating room was ready when we arrived at 2 am no problem. The bed was very comfortable room was clean and well maintained. It is a tiny dated with carpet but I didnt have any issues. They have Dove bathroom products. I would say you can hear the road traffic and people outside/in halls or cars cranking more than the average newer hotel but overall my stay was great! They do have electric car charges to.

Positive: People were nice and the breakfast was great. Negative: My sink in the r/r was plugged up and it took a few days before my room was cleaned even after I address the issue with one of the cleaners, they said they would take care of itbut it wasn't. I had to request more towels, & more soap in the shower area.

Staff were all awesome. Room clean and comfortable. Being next door to the OYO motel where rapid gun fire was heard the first evening of my two night stay was very concerning. The second night featured the ongoing sounds of heavy walking above my room and children who continued to yell and romp from early evening to around 11:30. Likely not returning to this location.

A comfortable stay with an outstanding welcome!|We booked this stay while traveling and were initially concerned when we saw the area where this hotel was located. However, there was no reason for concern. I was cheerfully greeted by Latoya who checked me in and as I asked about dining in the area Patrice joined in with a list of restaurants. Both ladies' welcome to us was a breath of fresh air after traveling all day.||The hotel was dated, but clean, and the facility was in the process of being updated. Considering the price for our room it was well worth the stay! Our night's sleep was quiet and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast quite adequate, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful as well.

I stayed for two nights when originally i was supposed to stay for five. Every staff member i encountered was wonderful. My only problem was an elderly black woman that has curly hair who was constantly yelling at the staff and belittling them. I’m unaware of her position and title but whatever she is that is not how you should speak nor treat anyone. Witnessing that i went beyond and decided to apply at this location at first there was a young lady with short hair and glasses that was very kind then the screaming voice came and i finally but a face to the voice. Before she even introduced herself she talked down upon me about my attire and the way i looked. From my understanding applying for a job could mean many different situations how would she know my situation or my position in life.
