Holiday Inn Express & Suites Colorado Springs Afa Northgate by IHG

We got settled in on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately we discovered that a middle school basketball team booked the whole 3rd floor. Apparently it seems as their BBall tournament was being hosted in the room above ours. For hours, these clowns went full Johnny Knoxville in the room above us until well into the night. I couldn’t take it anymore. Contacted front desk staff and she too was at her wits end with them. Staff was very accommodating and moved us to the floor above the team and we were finally able to get some rest. Staff is awesome, actually good coffee and their breakfast was pretty good too.

I’ve stayed three times for business and every time has been awesome! Ken and his team practice the lost art of customer service. I think it was Cesar Ritz that said, “there are no problems, only opportunities.” This team does that. Great breakfast, clean rooms, top quality customer service. You won’t go wrong staying here. Thank you staff. (Brandon and all the others.). Keep up the good work. Cheers!

This place is super solid. The hotel and rooms were immaculate, the breakfast decent, and it felt very safe and well-run. I arrived well after midnight and the woman running the night desk was outstanding. She could not have been more helpful or cheerful--what a breath of fresh air after a long day of traveling. 100% recommend this place.

Positive: The hotel staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast! Our stay was for 3 nights and the options were different each day. The pool was outdoor and heated which was a very nice change to always indoor. Negative: Only one nightstand to share for our entire family is NOT sufficient. How about a couple of small floating ones mounted?

This is a super nice holiday inn. The staff was helpful with our questions on where to park a U-Haul. The room was clean and had a view of the front range. The breakfast was good and even had potatoes and gluten free bread which you usually don’t see at holiday inns.
