Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago West - St Charles by IHG

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day. The amenities were excellent, including a well-maintained fitness center and a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel’s location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service, comfort, and great hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

I booked a room here in advance, once arriving and settling i do a check of my room. During this check 2 bugs were found 1 dead 1 crawling.. i took a pick and researched the bug it ws a tick.. i left and requested a refund this morning and was told i cant get a refund.. i was in the room if not even 45 mins. I even left it there sitting on the bed so they can see after killing it.. i am pissed this room i spent 253.00. I only booked because reviews said it was clean.. ughh
