Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/St. Charles

It was very comforting to walk into this hotel at 10pm after being on the road for hours, to be greeted by someone at the front desk that late. Fruit and coffee were available. Our room was very clean which is the best part.

Positive: The saltwater pool was fabulous! So clean and the water was warm.Cleanliness of the entire hotel property stood out. As good as any four seasons or Ritz Carlton, I have ever stayed in. Negative: ""

Had a great stay. One thing I love is a small thing but alot of places don't have and that a microwave it was great to warm-up left overs and save a lilbon food. Location looks hidden but it was well-placed for some shopping within walking.

This Hotel was spotless. The staff are very courteous and honest. We left a $1000 watch in the room and they called within 30 minutes to advise us as such. The free breakfast offered lots of choices and was good!

This hotel was awful. It’s under construction which since we booked through booking.com we did not know. Had we known we would’ve gone elsewhere. We really wanted a hotel with a pool. This pool looked so nasty. It looked like dirty water was in it. It was a no. When you turn water on in the room, something is wrong with their plumbing because for a half an hour after you turn the water off you hear this constant banging in your room. The bed is absolutely terrible. Both of our backs really hurt after our sleep. Just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. We will never try Hampton again. That’s awful.
