Days Inn by Wyndham St. Charles IL

Positive: The gentleman who was at shift for the night I stayed there had a great customer service experience. Negative: There was too much of a construction going on at the hotel. The rooms are barely okay. Cleanliness is a little better but I wouldn’t give it a 2.5 star rating. It is barely a One Star Motel may be.

HEALTH hazards, stay away. Very outdated hotel. There is a section like an old motel and the “nice” building that inclosed. The room had old splattered food on the wall, stained carpet and furniture in the room. Only thing updated in the room was the TV. Woke up to a horrible smell that was making us sick, to find out many rooms on the first floor had sewage back up in their tubs. Many of us told the front desk about the issues just wrote the room number down said thanks have a good day. With all the issues this place has, refunding your customers money would have been the right thing to do. Place has a pool, but has no water and weeds starting to grow. The breakfast was a joke, and way the eggs and sausage looked, not sure I would even feed it to a starving animal. Unfortunately thi

The hotel room was great nice and clean, the staff were very helpful and kind. The room was nice and warm exactly what was needed on a cold day. The room was large and spacious. I would stay here again if in the area.

The room b was recently, remodeled, they were very nice and clean. It was a great location to the event we were attended.
