i stayed myself there. it's okay the service are great. it's very quiet and peaceful. they always have new sheets for every guest. the internet is a bit slow so do keep that in mind around 8mb. the price of the hotel is a little more expensive during the weekend. the breakfast is cereal bread and bagel all free complementary breakfast. the elevator smells a bit of cigarette. they have a small gym as well. it's good for short term . sp to be fair i give this a four out of five. and ps the beds are super comfy

6 hours ago on Google|PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! If this hotel was free every night-it still wouldn’t be worth staying at! This is honestly the first review that I have ever written in my 53 years…In the past, I have always turned a blind eye to a sub-par hotel stay. This was the WORST experience I have ever had:|* the locks on the doors-broken. The awful smelling middle eastern gentleman, who I could barely understand, gave me 3 sets of keys as I had to walk up 3 flight with our baggage-did I mention all the elevators were broken? The 3rd set of keys still didn’t work. Placed us on the top floor where you could literally see and smell the smoke throughout the entire floor-it’s a NON-SMOKING hotel!!! Positive: Room was immaculate, completely stocked and exactly as advertised. Negative: Breakfast coffee cups need to be bigger... Like as in take a cup back to the room

I booked a non smoking room I have asthma. Front desk lady is always so mad and discriminating everyone. But today I smoked a joint prob 20 mins before I showed sprayed my cologne on before too and headed on my way there. I get to front desk and lady giving me hell trying to put me in a cigarette smoking room. Keep in mind totally illegal and I don’t smoke cigs What you book is what you get. That’s for them to take into terms afterwards on my staying and determine. They fr need to take a seat/ break and give it up. Straight disrespect. Property isn’t even nice or smells nice what so ever either to even be able to judge so hard or be strict like that. Property lost my respect and business. We stayed here September 11 to the 13th 2025. Upon arrival, I was issued keys for a room, and the door would not open. I issued another set of keys for the same room and it still did not open so they switched the room. We went into the room and began to unpack the air conditioning was working fine and then all of a sudden it stopped working. I went to the front desk. They wanted to move me to another room. I said well can’t you just fix it so they went to go try to reset it but that didn’t work so we had to switch rooms in the middle of unpacking. The hallway was lined up with mattresses and according to one of the owners, she said they were gonna repurpose them as they had bought all new mattresses. My question is why are the mattresses all in the Hotel hallway? And why did they replace t
