Holiday Inn Express & Suites Carlsbad

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for my regional office visit. The breakfast was great since I stayed here for three weeks; however, they serve the same thing every day. Check-in and check-out were easy. With that all said, the overall experience was positive, with clean rooms and good amenities

This was one of the best Holiday Inn stays I’ve had. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming, and the room was super clean. I also liked seeing a Ganesha statue at the front—it was a nice touch. Since it was Christmas Day, housekeeping was not available, but the manager had a note posted on the door explaining this, which was very helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast options were good, with items like curd, bread, cinnamon buns, eggs, and more. The only downside was that the waffle machine was out of order. Overall, it was a great stay. Special thanks to Tanya and Stephanie at the front desk—they were wonderful and made the experience even better.

Stayed here on a road trip to NM. Room and bathroom were clean, I thought the rooms were nicer than other Holiday Inn Express that I have stayed at. It was good to have a microwave in the room as well. The person at the front desk was pleasant, the water pressure was adequate. Breakfast was good, nothing spectacular but it was on par for a hotel of its level. Solid option given the price, would stay again.

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Plenty of hot water. What more do ya’ need?!? |Also, good location for Carlsbad Cavern National Park visitors - approximately 30 minutes. We went back and forth to the park from this location and enjoyed the drive. Also close to many restaurants.

Great location to National Parks in area. Rooms were newly updated, the bathroom was not very clean. We booked a King room then when arrived we were down graded to two queens without a choice. The breakfast was lacking, lots of " out of order " or missing items. Conveniently located by restaurants,
