Holiday Inn Express & Suites Canton by IHG

Waited for someone to welcome and check me in. I said "hello" after a bit to see if that helped. I could hear someone chatting away. Nothing. I was so tired and wanted to go to bed so badly. A lady finally meandered out on the phone and told the person "love you, I have to go." I just left. This is not what a hotel should be like. I can't imagine the rooms if that's the greeting party. Sorry to be an inconvenience. What a waste of money.

It seems this hotel has a noise problem at night. They have a white board that states they strictly enforce quiet hour. They lie. Music woke us up at 4am and was never turned off. We finally gave up at 7:30 am. Called the front desk, visited the front desk and beat on the wall. Hot tub had something in it I didnt notice and until I was fully in it. I chose to call them bubbles and did my best to dissociate. Breakfast was yummy and they had the usual selections, eggs, meat, Waffles- those sorts.

Positive: We loved the Halloween decorations. The breakfast was great. The hot tub was nice and hot Negative: The pool was ice cold, we couldn't even enjoy it. My 4 year old loves pools and that is a reason we stay at hotels..

Friendly, clean, comfortable. Our stay was very pleasant and we plan on coming back again. The only negative would be the temperature of the pool. A few degrees warmer would sure make a difference...

very quiet hotel rooms were clean the personal hot tub in the room fits one person. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was bath water. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again.
