Fellows Creek Lodge Motel

I definitely would not recommend Fellows Creek Hotel to stay at all. They do an absolute horrible job of cleaning the rooms and they smell horrible, and Management is very rude. I have pictures and videos of all the Cockroaches, bugs and filth as soon as I walked into the room. These bugs were on the counters, coming out of the fridgerator, on the walls, crawling all over the bed, and in the bathroom sink and shower!!! Someone needs to send a health inspector and exterminator because they are in violation and just an unclean and unhealthy place to stay. Like I said I have all the pictures and videos if anyone would like to see them !!!!

Please be aware that this establishment has been actively scamming people. PLEASE SKIP THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.|I had a reservation (booked months in advance) and they messaged me on the day of my arrival (while I was traveling) that they have cancelled the reservation and that they will offer a FULL REFUND. I have been trying to contact them FOR A WEEK AND THEY COMPLETELY DENY THE REFUND. To make matters worse; they have been hanging the phone on me. It makes me feel that this hotel is run by a group of scammers.|The Screen shot is attached ; They accepted the reservation and then say that the number of people is not right. We were only two adults looking to stay in a room.

This place looks nothing like the pictures on the website! I was appalled that they even offered the room that I walked in! The smell was disgusting and the room was super small! This is by the worst room i have ever rented! And i highly doubt if the jacuzzi was clean!

I would give more stars BUT I will tell you why I did not. 1st I came here solo, as a female you’re like a motel what? It I was put on the top floor room 210 is AMAZING that room was remodeled, it was clean, the bed was comfy, you can see some things had some spots but you could tell it was washed. Floor was sticky but not due to other people because they cleaned it. If you come here expecting ritz Carleton, that’s on you because no. I recommend room 210. You may have to walk past a few friendly guys but girl… 210. The fire place in this room did not work and the mini fridge was leaking pretty bad I had to use a towel. Here’s why I give 3 stars, I don’t want to go up the stairs on my second night after checking out (I had too much stuff) so I chose a first floor. Now THIS room definite

Called an booked a room. Called back 20 mins later to cancel after learning they have bugs from online reviews was told no. Went there a they made me a key I looked around there was bed bugs shit all over under the bed. They said they would refund me not only did they not refund me my 150.00. They charged me another 150.00. Will be getting a lawyer a suing if money isn’t returned Monday !!!!!! DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!
