Let me first compliment the staff’s professionalism. Secondly, the dining area for the complimentary breakfast is just about perfect; as are the food choices. I also noted something I’ve not frequently seen at other motels. There are two lift chairs designed to assist the handicapped into the motel’s swimming pool. There are also desktops where one can plug in laptops and conduct business, a computer and a printer for patrons use. That said, I can only rate this motel as average due to housekeeping issues. I stayed two nights over the Christmas Holiday, leaving during the daytime. Upon my returning to my room, I found my bed unmade and lacking any clean towels to accommodate my second day and night. I’ve never experienced this practice at any other hotel where I’ve stayed. The

This is a great hotel. Very clean room and the hotel is in excellent condition. I was greeted by a friendly young lady the late evening as I checked in. Great experience as I was very tired. The breakfast we were served was amazing. Lots and lots of variety of food. Nice and hot, and cooked well. The only complaint I have is when we went to check out, the young lady sitting in the front (different person) was not so friendly, she seemed bothered by my handing her my key card rather than just placing it inside the key box. I personally don’t like placing my card inside boxes that the public has access to and can possibly go back into my room and steal from. So I like to hand my cards to an actual person when I check out. This appeared to bother this young lady as if I was putting her out.

Positive: The fantastic new self-brew coffee machine was awesome. And the coffee it produced was excellent! Negative: Everything was perfect!

What a debacle. When we called direct for a room, they said 250+for a room. We booked online (priceline) and got the room for 165 after all expenses. We ordered and paid for a King, but got two queens. Whatever, we took the loss and got Room 204. We got in to the room, and I needed a shower. While showering, the water wouldn't drain. Finished the shower with dirty feet. Made the complaint to the desk, and they did give us a new room, but Ew.... I wouldn't recommend this place to my elderly parents.

We stayed one night here on the way to Quartzite Arizona. This hotel has been open for about 4 years per the front desk. The rooms were very modern and quite clean. I would definitely stay here again. We booked through “Super “ app online as the double queen room was $129.00 total compared to the hotel rate of $172.00 I will share pictures of the hotel and room. Pardon the unmade bed as were we leaving when I took them.
