Emerald Inn and Lounge

Staff was friendly. Mattress was very light weight and flimsy, carpet was stained, TV was very small and video quality was not good. Room was in pretty bad shape in general. I'm not sure how there's any 5 out of 5 stars, maybe it was just my room? I'm leaving pics so you can decide for yourself. Headboard was dusty, furniture was worn, towels were worn though.

Worst of worst motel I ever stayed in my life. Dirty sheets, bed covers, carpet, bath tub, toilet, and cracked walls. It was smell and bags are in the bathroom. They don’t know what the motel rooms furniture, facilities, linens, and cleanness standards in the US. It seems to be owned by a foreigner’s family who came from a poor country so they don’t understand what American motels are like and how we live. The impolite owner/man’s attitude and behaviors towards guests are not acceptable. He even tried to scam cash out my pocket the day I checked out. Don’t go there. Everything it says on the web including pictures are not true. Pick other motel.

The staff were friendly but the room was gross. One of the pillows smelled, there was missing paint in various places and stains on the rug and furniture.

It's an old place but well kept, them room has a good space. The front desk guy was nice. Nearby many restaurants. The placed seemed to be clean, but I really didn't like that the pillows didn't gave the white pillowcase as it is in all hotels, but the same darken linen from the bedspread, each gives the impression that it's not exchanged everytime.
