Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alachua - Gainesville Area by IHG

This is genuinely the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms and common areas are absolutely spotless and just feel so welcoming. The view and the location of the hotel are simply gorgeous, and everything from A to Z was truly incredible. Debbie Brant is an amazing General Manager—on so many levels. You can truly feel her leadership and care reflected in every part of the hotel. Kaila at the front desk made my experience amazing from the very first moment I walked through the doors. First impressions are everything, and she was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond—thank you. Tricia at the front desk was so friendly and made my stay even better, always greeting me with a warm smile. Jamesha was so gracious and always said hello every time she saw

The cleaning lady for room 305 needs to have some compassion for sleeping paying guest. Al. She did was let doors slam nonstop every time she entered and left a room. Seemed to be purposely done to wake the guest so she could start cleaning the rooms. People need to be able to get the rest they need to travel. Besides that everything was extremely great.

A very pleasant experience! This Holiday Inn Express was one of the best ones we've ever stayed at. The lobby was newly renovated and attractive. Desk manager seemed genuinely happy to be there. The entire hotel was clean: common areas were vacuumed, lighting was bright, the guest room was also clean and attractive. The pool and hot tub were working and the seating area was inviting. We stayed one night traveling on I75. We will definitely return

When i walked in to the front desk i was greated with a nice friendly smile. I like having a friendly person great me after a long drive. The young lady was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable too. Everything was very clean, which made my wife and I very happy. We have stayed here several times. This property will continue to be our place to sleep when traveling thru this area.

We had an awesome experience at this Holiday Inn Express. Our Suite was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. We had a great stay. Thank you! Highly recommended!
