This was the most disgusting hotel I ever stayed in. I would have left on the spot, but it was the only hotel with availability. (Gatornationals and bike week was going on). I would give it no stars if I could. The pictures on this website must be from some hotel on line, that the owner used. Not only that, the manager Reven Patel, price gouged the rooms from $54 a night to $262.00. Upon arriving home, I left my overnight bag in the garage, as did I strip my clothes off in the garage for fear of bugs from that place.

It is definitely a very low price and I was happy to get a room at 2:30 am. The desk clerk Alyssa was a very bright young lady and checked me in very quickly. As for the rooms, I would suggest to the owners that they keep investing any profits back into making their rooms much better. The toilet was disgusting, the bathtub was disgusting; and a lamp shade was hanging and broken. Other than that everything was basically ok or reasonable. So you could have a great motel if you clean the toilets, get a new bathtub, and replace a broken lamp shade. If you want a very low price and can overlook some issues, this is a place for you to stay. Bill

Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: I couldn’t even stay there. It was so disgusting. There were bugs in the bed. The sheets were dirty. The sheets had holes in them. The entire room was disgusting.

This is the place nightmares are made of. After a long day of traveling we were looking for an economical place to stay. The lady at the desk assured us it was clean and comfortable. She was very nice, until 15 minutes later when we wanted a refund. We went in the room, and found just filth. Dirty towels with black foot prints, stains on the bedding, and a bug on the mattress. We left. We were refused a refund and went down the street where we found a Quality Inn for approximately the same price that was clean and comfortable. If you see this place drive on by quickly.

How low can a rating go? Less than 1.. This is a soon to die motel. Great location without a decade of upkeep. Nasty overall. The room? Dirty, pealing walls and footboard, holes in the sheets, curtains falling apart, cracked sink, dirty shower, towels were used to clean something else before Continental Breakfast? Nothing is edible, to an adult with a brain cell. Staff? They're on "something" the lobby smells like weed or it's relatives
