Holiday Inn Express Sedona - Oak Creek by IHG

HAD THE BEST TIME HERE!!! Overall, I had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—they even allowed us to delay our checkout at no extra cost. They also recommended many great restaurants for us to try. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. I especially loved that all the bathroom amenities were from Dove, which is a nice upgrade compared to most hotels. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable.

Holiday Inn Express Sedona, Arizona |This hotel was much nicer than the one we stayed at in Sedona last time and is only a mile further. It was well kept, spotlessly clean, and has a friendly and helpful staff. Located where it is, you feel the extra space available, in the parking area, the pool court, and even the room size. We enjoyed the secluded feeling of the pool court, which few other guests used while we were there, and a building next to it contains a good-sized gym. We had a fantastic scenic view outside our room window; the bed was comfortable and the breakfast above average. We would stay here again and would recommend it to a friend.

I HAVE AN EXTRAODINARY EXPERIENCE HERRE!!!! The room: is clean and spacious The bathroom: clean, they have all necessaries and they are from Dove. They also have body lotion for your convenience Food: tbh I didn’t expect they have breakfast but far beyond my expectation, the food is so GOOD. Their pancakes and scramble eggs are on point! They also have a coffee bar open 24/7 for free. Staff: all the staff are nice and helpful Location: across from the hotel, there are many restaurants. So convenience. The scenic view outside is breathtaking. Service and serving overall is soo nice. Definitely come back again❤️

While the building is older and shows some signs of wear, it did not prevent us from having a comfortable and safe night's rest. I particularly appreciated the staff, who were very engaging and offered helpful suggestions for the local area. I always value when team members share their personal preferences and opinions. Overall, the accommodations provided a clean and safe environment. I would certainly return to this location and will recommend it to others traveling through Sedona.

Positive: "" Negative: I did find cookies left under the bed. I was awakened in the morning by the cleaning staff who did not knock before opening my door. Checkout was not till 11:00 but they are already coming to clean my room at 8:00 in the morning.
