Holiday Inn Express Raleigh, NE Medical center

Check-in was fine Natalie was friendly. My room needed a deep clean.. There was spots on the floor that could have easily came off with some spray and a little scrubbing. Dust under the beds and dirt behind the fridge. The maids really need to deep clean maybe once a week. The blinds didn't work and the lamp on the desk didn't work. And just little tiny things that somebody would notice. Breakfast was great however I asked the attendant to wash off my table and she got attitude with me so I cleaned it myself. The pool was great was semi warm. Price was a bit to much.

This is a tidy little IHG hotel with everything you would expect from the Holiday Inn Express. Nice and clean and everything is pretty new. The breakfast was well stocked and there was plenty of space for the hotel patrons even though it was pretty full our second night. It's a bit of a ways out of the historic downtown, but it's Raleigh so it is still quick to get into town. The hotel is also really close to a well-stocked Walmart in case you need something.

We only stayed one night at this location and it was sold out. Natalie did a fantastic job getting so many people checked in at one time, she remained patient and attended to everyone with the same energy and kindness. We had one issue with our room and we mentioned it to Natalie and she handled the situation very professionally. We went to have breakfast and asked for a late checkout which was difficult because they were busy the night before but Genesis went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Genesis was pleasant, extremely nice and helpful. She wanted to make sure our visit and experience was good. If we are in the area again we will definitely be staying at this location.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Raleigh and had a great experience! While it's an older hotel, it's clearly been updated and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the no-carpet flooring in the rooms—felt much cleaner and more modern. The room was quiet and spotless, making it a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also a highlight—everything was fresh, well-stocked, and there was plenty to go around even during busy times. The pool area was a nice bonus and a great place to unwind. Big shoutout to the front desk staff—they were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. I’d stay here again!

The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I loved the location, almost most of the fast food places nearby, literally across the street and further down the boulevard are shops. Also if you have kids, there is the swimming pool and 5 minutes from there is a skyzone. I loved the location. Also, the hotel seemd to have been renovated and so mostly everything appeared new and furniture. We loved the breakfast and the space available to relax and eat or work. I enjoyed the 24 hr available coffee on demand machine, that was an extra for me. There was also a fitness gym, which my kids used also, all seemed in order and fairly new. There was plenty of parking. I highly recommend for families with kids.
