Positive: Good breakfast. Location is great. Many bars and Redding terminal is a huge indoor food market with tons of little restaurants and delis. Parking was $18 on a Saturday night. Easy and cheap, connected to the hotel. I never gave anyone my keys. Negative: Nope
This is the cleanest budget hotel I have ever been to in my life. Spotless rooms. Comfy beds. Great service. Convenient parking at a fair city price. Accessible lobby, rooms, parking and breakfast area. The free breakfast was delicious, with options for kids, vegetarians, non-pork, gluten-free, heart healthy, etc. and truly excellent coffee.
So everything about this stay was great, the price, the location, the staff, the room, the bed. I was really surprised at how good it was. The bed was phenomenal and I slept way longer than I ever did at home. The employees were so nice and friendly. ||Now, here is my one problem and its not even technically about Holiday Inn. I think this is a company contracted to work with them for parking. ||The garage is small, and parking has to be doubled up at times. If you park in front of another car, you have to give your keys to an attendant so they can move your car if needed. Pretty basic, right? Except every time we pulled into this garage we were CONSTANTLY yelled at. HEY HEY HEY, where are you parking, you cant park there, you have to back that car in, dont pull forward - it was awful. Absolutely everything was wonderful. Check-in was quick, the two front desk young men (white and black) were a delight, very helpful, pleasant, and professional which gives a great image of the Hotel they represent with pride. The room was huge and quiet with all the amenities you can think of, rare nowadays, it was very clean and well maintained, bed had crispy sheets and a nice clean white cover! So cozy for a King size bed, kudos to the housekeeper Azayha (I know I have it wrong, he REALLY deserves the best acknowledgment!).Ooh those nice white towels, Yesss! Breakfast was great with a good variety really nothing amiss, great great job by Kevin, Anthony and Preston servicing that area, they were so attentive and busy, that room was always full of hungry people!! The Entrance also deserv
Really good location. Updated rooms. Toilet area a bit small. Good for a trim person like me, but the average american may find it confining. Staff wonderful. $39 for parking is worth it. Park your car and walk or rent a bike.
